Legacy Management Services, Inc. (LMSI) Medical Management is a division of Shannon Health. It provides services for medical utilization review and chart review as well as tracking and reporting of healthcare trends. LMSI Medical Management serves Shannon Health and Legacy Health Plan and other organizations that contract for utilization review services. LMSI is licensed by the state of Texas and complies with the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) regulations.
