LEGACY Advantage HDHP features higher annual deductibles, $1,250, $2,000, $2,500, $3,000 and $5,000 than other traditional health plans. Depending on the HDHP you choose, Legacy will pay 100% or 80% of your medical costs after you’ve met your high deductible. Using in-network providers will save you money. With the exception of preventive care, you must meet the annual deductible before the plan pays either 100% or 80% of your medical expenses. LEGACY Advantage covers preventative services such as a wellness exam, pap smear, mammography, PSA test and age appropriate colonoscopies.
